For the price of a car. A Ukrainian woman with a 17th breast size confessed how much she paid to participate in an international beauty pageant
Mila Kuznetsova, a well-known plus-size model and popular blogger (almost 800 thousand followers on Instagram), is a multiple participant and winner of beauty contests. According to the crowned beauty, such competitions are good for boosting self-esteem, but sometimes they can be very draining on the wallet.
In an interview with OBOZ.UA, Mila Kuznetsova admitted that while participating in one of the world's beauty contests, she had to pay for her own travel abroad and the entry fee. She also had to take care of the clothes in which she was to represent Ukraine.
In 2019, Mila Kuznetsova won the Miss Ukraine plus size contest and received a ticket to the world beauty contest in this category, which took place on the island of St. Vincent in the Caribbean.
"Afterwards, I counted my expenses," says the model, "It turned out that I spent five and a half thousand dollars on the trip. Thank God I had it, I didn't have to borrow it. But I don't regret agreeing to go. I have had this dream since childhood. I remember watching a small TV set (and I was a little girl then) and thinking: I wish I could take part in such a contest someday. And then came one, two, three."
Kuznetsova considers her first beauty contest to have been her participation in the second season of the Model XL television project, where she became one of the fifteen best plus-size girls in Ukraine among thousands of contestants. And then she won the Miss Ukraine plus size contest. Mila Kuznetsova is also known for being a record holder in the Ukrainian Book of Records. She is the owner of the largest bust in Ukraine - the plus-size model has a 17th breast size.
