Daniel Radcliffe was born on July 23, 1989 in London.
Radcliffe attended two private schools for boys: the Sussex House School and the City of London School. Education had to stop amid the popularity of the Harry Potter movies and the hostility of classmates.
It was a series of films about a young magician, in which Radcliffe played the main character, turned him into a star on a global scale. The first film based on the popular series of books about Harry Potter grossed almost a billion dollars. Subsequent films have also gained fame and fan love.
In 2009, the actor was listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the highest-paid actor of the decade.
He was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his contributions to the art of cinema.
