Ukrainian defenders strike the enemy's Podlet radar station

Ukrainian military struck one of Russia's most advanced radar stations, Podlet, which is worth more than $5 million. The operation was carried out jointly by the servicemen of the DIU's "Husy-9" group and the "Black Forest" 15th Separate Electronic Warfare Brigade.

This was reported on the official Telegram channel of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. The defenders discovered and destroyed the 48Y6 K-1 Podlet radar station, in particular, the antenna-feeder unit and the diesel station that powered the complex were attacked.

The Podlet radar, which is a relatively new Russian military development, was put into operation in 2015 and costs more than 700 million rubles or more than $5 million.

This station was used by the enemy to detect and transmit target coordinates to S-300 and S-400 air defense missile systems.

Earlier, it was reported that the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine destroyed a Russian Ka-32 helicopter at the Ostafyevo airfield in Moscow. The occupiers used it to meet the logistical needs and evacuation operations of their army.

As reported, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated 1124 Russian occupants on the front line over the course of April 26. They also destroyed 131 pieces of enemy equipment and weapons.
