Karjakin speaks about the Olympics

World rapid chess and blitz champion Sergey Karjakin, who changed his citizenship from Ukrainian to Russian in 2009, expressed confidence that Russian athletes would not be allowed to compete in peace at the Paris Olympics. The Vladimir Putin regime's henchman also joined the senseless television boycott of the competition.

Karjakin said this in an interview with the propaganda news agency RIA Novosti. The traitor to Ukraine and a fan of Russia's criminal war against our country criticized the athletes who agreed to compete in the French capital in the so-called neutral status.

"It's clear that they will put up maximum obstacles – wake them up at night to test for doping, put them in a room without air conditioning or something else. In my opinion, we shouldn't go with such a humiliating attitude towards our athletes. But if our country gives a choice and there is no single solution, it should not be surprising that someone goes. I will not be watching the Olympics and I hope that television will also ignore this Olympics," Karjakin said.

Earlier it became known that the chess player could become a senator from Crimea in the Russian Federation Council of Federations, which caused ridicule from fans.
