"She became a traitor!" Russian Olympic champion calls Pugacheva sick in the head for supporting Ukrainians
Four-time Olympic champion Alexander Tikhonov has called pop singer Alla Pugacheva sick in the head for condemning Russia's military invasion of Ukraine. The former biathlete was especially outraged by the artist's reaction to the horrific missile attack on the cities of our country on Monday, July 8, which killed 44 people.
In a commentary to Sport24, 77-year-old Tikhonov called on the authorities of the Russian terrorist state to recognize Pugacheva as a foreign agent and take away her property. The accomplice of Vladimir Putin's dictatorial regime called the singer a traitor because she opposes the killing of Ukrainians.
"You can see that Pugacheva is showing her age. Who was she in Russia and who has she become now? She is not in her right mind. Where is big politics and where is Pugacheva? I think that if she is recognized as a foreign agent, it will be the right decision. I absolutely agree with recognizing Pugacheva as a foreign agent! If I have to support this initiative, I will do so. She was our star, but she became a traitor, and they are not respected anywhere! They will also do the right thing if they take away Pugacheva's castle in Hriazy. Where did she earn her money and did she ever pay taxes? Instead of Pugacheva's castle, let them build a kindergarten or a Veterans' Home," Tikhonov said in a patriotic tone.
Earlier, Ukrainian stars reacted to Russia's war crime on July 8 and appealed for peace, while foreigners called for unity to help Ukraine.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, the State Duma threatened Alla Pugacheva with a prison term for her support of Ukrainians.
