Scientists emphasize that the best time to observe the Leonids will be after midnight and in the morning of November 18. "Take a deck chair, lie down comfortably, wrapped in a warm blanket, take a cup of hot cocoa and your patience will be rewarded with a bright celestial event," astronomers advise.
