A video of the first minutes after the attack on the Epicenter in Kharkiv on May 25 by Russian troops has been posted online. It shows patrol policemen helping people affected by the attack.

The video from the patrol policemen's body cameras was published by Oleksiy Biloshitsky, First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department.

"Helping citizens affected by the enemy shelling of a shopping center in Kharkiv - video from patrol policemen's body cameras. According to the National Police, the death toll has increased to 13. The police continue to identify the victims and document the war crime of the Russians. Another 43 people were injured, including 13 women and 30 men," he said.

Biloshytsky also noted that 17 citizens, including nine men and eight women, were still missing as of 2 p.m. on May 26.

"Out of the 13 bodies recovered from the rubble, three people have been identified, including one person who was identified by rapid DNA analysis. Anyone who has lost contact with their loved ones can call the police at 0934943162 or 102," added the first deputy head of the Patrol Police Department.

The published video shows the patrol policemen running to the place of arrival. Everything around them is shrouded in smoke, and the hypermarket building is visible.

On the afternoon of Saturday, May 25, Russians attacked Kharkiv with anti-aircraft missiles. The invaders hit the Epicenter hypermarket and a park, causing deaths and injuries.

More than 40 people were injured in the Epicenter alone, the death toll as of 10 a.m. was 12, and more people are being searched for under the rubble.

The majority of the dead have not yet been identified: due to the massive fire that covered thousands of square meters, this can only be done through DNA testing.

Meanwhile, as of the evening of May 25, the police received statements that 17 people could have been in the Epicenter at the time of the attack and have not been in touch since. Most of them were employees of the hypermarket, but there are also visitors among the missing, including a 12-year-old girl.

In the morning, the number of victims increased, but it is difficult to say whether all the dead are people from the lists of missing persons until the examinations are completed.

Meanwhile, the National Police showed a video from inside the Epicenter that captured the moment of the hit. The "American aid", the "headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" and other "military targets", which, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, the occupiers hit in a peaceful city, are not visible in the footage.

The West reacted to the terrorist attack on the Epicenter . The United States and Europe pledged to hold Russia accountable for its war crimes. And the UN representatives in Ukraine called Russian strikes on civilian infrastructure "absolutely unacceptable."
