The park was opened by Italian businessman Livio Furini, who was inspired by the atmosphere of the American Disneyland. More than 3 million people visit this place every year.

Gardaland has several themed zones: Fantasy Kingdom, Rio Bravo, Kung Fu Panda Academy, Peppa Pig Land, and Prezzemolo Land.

There are rides for both children and adults: water and roller coasters, a cable car, and a meeting with your favorite LEGO characters. And in the center of the park is MINILAND, a museum that features Lego copies of famous European cities on a 20:1 scale.

In total, there are more than 100 rides and dozens of entertainment shows, including gladiatorial fights. The longest slide is 850 meters long and the highest is 73 meters.
