Homemade pancakes are an excellent base for making delicious desserts, snacks, and cakes with various fillings, both sweet and savory. To make the pancakes thin but not torn, add boiling water and vegetable oil to the dough.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, homemade, and very thin pancakes made with boiling water.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 tbsp. l sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 8 tbsp of flour
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- poppy seeds (optional) 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt, sugar, flour, eggs and poppy seeds to the warm milk, stir and gradually pour in boiling water. Finally, add vegetable oil and fry the pancakes immediately.
2. Brush the finished pancakes with butter.
You can use any filling for pancakes!
