"Shuba" salad in a new way is an original solution for a traditional dish that greatly simplifies the cooking process. Ingredients:
- pita bread – 3 pcs.
- carrots – 2 pcs.
- beets – 1-2 pcs.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- herring or lightly salted salmon
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Spread each pita bread with mayonnaise.
2. Put grated boiled beets on the first one.
3. On the second – grated boiled carrots.
4. On the third – grated boiled eggs. Do not forget to add a little salt to each layer.
5. Roll up, wrap it in foil, and shape.
6. Put in the refrigerator to stabilize for 30-40 minutes.
