The Russian Volunteer Corps unit has advanced "several tens of kilometers " deep into Russian territory and captured prisoners. They were handed over to the Ukrainian side to replenish the exchange fund.

This was reported by the Chief of Staff of the RDC, Alexander, call sign Fortuna, in a commentary to the Telegram channel "We Can Explain". The military noted that the operation had been prepared for several months. It involves, among others, units that have returned from the Avdiivka sector.

According to Oleksandr, the RDC has no losses in the Belgorod region, but the Russian Federation has them "both in manpower and equipment, but we will talk about specific figures later."

"The RDC does not deal with terrorist attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation. But we always say that people directly involved in the hostilities, in the Russian attack on Ukraine – these can be high-ranking officers, decision-makers, weapon developers and designers, suppliers, representatives of some commercial structures that sponsor the "SVO" – we consider all these people to be an absolutely legitimate target, as they are all war criminals," the RDC representative emphasized.

As reported by OBOZ.UA:

- New videos of Russian volunteers ' attacks on the occupier's equipment have been posted online. The attack took place with the help of Ukrainian-made drones. Two amphibious assault vehicles (BMD-2) were destroyed.

- The day before, it became known that military clashes between volunteer formations and the regular army of the Russian Federation were taking place in five settlements in the Kursk and Belgorod regions. The raid by the RDC and the Freedom of Russia Legion is timed to coincide with the so-called presidential elections in Russia.
