Even without makeup: how to instantly tighten your face

Instantly lifting your face without complicated makeup or surgery sounds like a dream. But hair stylists say that it can be done with a hairstyle.

Australian hairstylist Andy Asmaro showed an effective life hack on his TikTok. All you need is a couple of small hair elastic bands and a little skill.

Start by separating a small strand on the temple at the level of the eyebrow and another one just above the ear. Tie them together with a rubber band and tighten it until it stops. The strands should be held tight and create tension. But try not to make it feel like the hair is about to break.

The hair picked up in this way will help to lift the eyebrow line and eyelids. In fact, you will create a lifting effect without any intervention in the body.

Another way to collect hair for the same effect is to take two strands at the temples, as in the life hack already described, pull and secure them at the back of the head. In this case, the strands can be twisted into bundles or straightened, and you will have a ready-made hairstyle.

However, this technique has its caveats. Do not use this life hack every day. Constant tension can damage hair and scalp. Therefore, Asmaro recommends using it only for some big events when you need to look especially impressive.
