Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage
  • apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp

For the stuffing:

  • minced meat - 400 g
  • onions - 100 g
  • carrots - 100 g
  • tomatoes - 50 g
  • parsley
  • cooked rice - 120 g
  • paprika - 0.5 tsp.
  • allspice - 0.5 tsp.
  • black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • ground garlic - 0.5 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

For the sauce:

  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • tomato - 1,5 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • dried garlic - 0,5 tsp
  • water - 200 ml

1. Boil the rice (with salt).

2. Fry until transparent chopped onion, add grated carrots and fry for 5-7 minutes.

3. Combine with minced meat, add tomato, chopped parsley, spices, rice. Stir.

4. Separate the cabbage leaves, put them in a bowl, add apple cider vinegar, pour cool boiling water over them, cover and let stand for 5-8 minutes.

5. Place the stuffing on the leaves, wrap the cabbage rolls and put them in the form.

6. For the sauce, mix the sour cream, tomato, spices, flour and water.

7. Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls and put them in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
