- ground chicken - 500-600 g
- loaf - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- onions - 1 pc
- eggs - 1 pc
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- salt, pepper, oregano
You can also use 1 tbsp. of breadcrumbs if the filling is too moist.
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the bread in water or milk for a while, then squeeze out the liquid well.
2. Grate carrots, garlic and onion.
3. Mix the bread, vegetables, minced meat, egg and spices. Mix thoroughly.
4. Form and fry the cutlets.
