How to easily clean a fabric sofa

The sofa is a favorite place in the home to relax, where owners and pets spend a lot of time. As a result, the fabric gets # food, drinks, dust, and other stains that spoil the appearance of the sofa and create an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Old dirt should be cleaned carefully so as not to spoil the material. OBOZ.UA has found effective life hacks that will help you quickly cope with this.

Oxygen powder

This is an effective solution that will clean your light sofa from the most stubborn stains. This product has whitening properties that will restore the bright color of the material.

Mix two to three tablespoons of powder in a liter of warm water. Soak a cloth in the solution and apply it to the stained surface. Leave it for 5-10 minutes. Then gently scrub the stains with a soft brush and rinse with water.

Salt and lemon juice

Salt combined with lemon is an effective way to clean your sofa from grease stains. Mix the juice of three lemons with salt to make a thick paste. Apply the mixture to the necessary areas and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Then wipe everything with a damp microfiber cloth.

Hydrogen peroxide

If you have sweat, blood, or berry stains on the sofa, peroxide will quickly clean it up. Mix peroxide with water in a one-to-one ratio and apply the mixture to the stains. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Then wipe everything with a damp cloth.

But do not use the solution for delicate fabrics, first test it on an inconspicuous area.

Ammonia

This method will help remove lipstick stains. Dampen a cotton ball with alcohol and wipe the stained area. Then wipe again with a damp cloth.
