Chicken and pumpkin soufflé

1. Chicken fillet, boiled pumpkin, beat the yolk in a blender.

2. Beat the egg white separately until foamy and add to the mass.

3. Pour into the molds.

Tender chicken cutlets with broccoli

1. Take chicken fillet, 4-5 broccoli florets, egg, 20 g of cheese, 1 tbsp of flour, and herbs.

2. Put everything in a blender bowl.

3. Blend until smooth.

4. Form into patties and freeze.

1. Boil the rice until half cooked.
