But today we offer you a recipe for a completely different cheesecake, which is made with cream cheese rather than cottage cheese.

The use of this type of cheese makes it extremely tender and light. The recipe for the most delicate cheesecake was shared on Instagram by a food blogger with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese - 500 gr
  • Cream 33% - 360 gr
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Sugar - 100 gr
  • Starch - 20 g

Method of preparation

1.Mix eggs with sugar, add cream cheese and starch and mix again.

2.Add the cream and mix with a spatula or a mixer at low speed.

3. Grease an 18-cm-diameter baking dish with butter or cover it with parchment and pour the mixture into it.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, then increase the temperature to 210 degrees and bake for another 7 minutes.

5. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Put the cold cheesecake in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.
