Soft and juicy liver: what to add for the perfect taste

The liver is a very healthy and nutritious product. But it is quite difficult to prepare delicious dishes with this ingredient because the liver is hard in texture. However, you only need to follow the correct cooking technique to make the meat soft and juicy.

Ingredients:

  • liver (pork or chicken)
  • onion – as much as possible
  • salt/pepper
  • sour cream (optional)

Cooking method:

1. Cut the liver into strips and the onion into half rings.

2. Fry the liver in a small amount of oil over high heat, and when all sides are fried, add the onion and reduce the heat to medium.

3. When the liver is cooked and the onion is soft (3-4 minutes), add sour cream and a little starch.

4. Simmer for another 2 minutes and serve, ideally with mashed potatoes.
