CHEESECAKES RECIPE

Ingredients:

• Fatty cottage cheese – 350 grams
• Flour – 1 tbsp.
• Semolina – 2 tbsp.
• Spicy herbs – 30 grams
• Egg – 2 pcs.

Chop the greens, mix the ingredients, form the cheesecakes, and put them in the oven on parchment to bake.

Sauce:

• Sour cream – 200 grams
• Cilantro – 20 grams
• Lemon juice – 30 grams
• Salt and pepper

Mix the ingredients with chopped herbs.
