Original "Rafaello" tiramisu: cooked without eggs

The tiramisu is the best you've ever made. Instead of using raw egg yolk cream and coffee, you can use tender coconut mass. It will make a delicious and spectacular Raffaello tiramisu.

Ingredients:

  • Savoyardi biscuits – 20 pcs.

For the cream:

  • mascarpone – 250 g
  • cream 33 % – 350 ml
  • condensed milk –160 g
  • coconut flakes – 30 g
  • coconut milk (can be replaced with regular milk) – 1 tbsp.
  • sugar – 3-4 tbsp.
  • chopped almonds – optional

For the impregnation:

  • coconut milk (you can use regular milk) – 170-200 ml
  • sugar – 1 tbsp.

For decoration:

  • coconut flakes – 30 g

1. Add sugar, and coconut milk (or regular milk) to the mascarpone, beat with a mixer until smooth, add condensed milk, mix, and set aside.

2. Next, whip the cold cream first at the lowest power for 10 seconds, then increase to the maximum power until it thickens.

3. Add the cream to the cream and mix with a spatula until smooth, then add the coconut flakes, and mix again.

4. Mix coconut milk with sugar.

5. Dip the biscuits in coconut milk for 10 seconds on each side and put them in a single layer in the mold.

6. Next, put half of the cream, sprinkle with chopped almonds if desired, then the second layer of cookies, and a layer of cream on top. You can do this in 2 stages: cover half with an even layer and pipe half on top using a pastry bag with a nozzle, sprinkle with coconut flakes.

7. Put it in the fridge for 8 hours, or preferably overnight.
