"Goose's feet" cottage cheese biscuits without eggs: a recipe that has been tested over the years
If you are a fan of crispy, flavorful, and natural cookies, the "Goose's Feet" recipe will become your favorite. The pastry is made based on the simplest cottage cheese dough, which, by the way, does not require eggs. You need only four main ingredients, as well as sugar for breading the cookies. But this is optional.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 400 g
- butter – 200 g
- flour – 320 g +- 30 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- sugar for breading – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cottage cheese mixed with soft butter or margarine. Grind the mass with a spoon.
2. Add the flour and baking powder. Knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
3. Roll out the finished dough. Cut out medium-sized circles.
4. Sprinkle each circle with sugar, fold in half, sprinkle with sugar again, and fold in half. Put on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
