Very thin minced meat

Make sure that the minced meat is not too runny. Therefore, do not add too much milk, bread, or flour. It is very important to leave the minced meat in the refrigerator for a while to allow it to harden. And if the mass is still liquid, you can try adding a little starch.

Frying cutlets in a cold pan

Your cutlets will be gray and fall apart if you put them in cold oil. First, you need to heat the pan well. Then pour in the oil and warm it up for a few minutes – only then put the products in. Once a crust has formed, reduce the heat and cook until done.

Very little oil
