What will make chicken cutlets soft and juicy: add just one ingredient
Chicken cutlets are one of the most delicious, simple, and even dietary dishes because they are based on chicken meat. For a delicate flavor and softness, you need to add cream to the minced meat, and to set off the flavor, add spices and garlic.
Chef Valentyna Sayenko shared a recipe on Instagram for juicy, tender chicken cutlets that turn out very well.
Tip: add cream to the minced meat!
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken - 700 g
- Fatty cream - 170 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Breadcrumbs - 50 g
- Salt, pepper, spices and herbs
- Garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the minced meat with cream and egg.
2. Blend the onion in a blender and add to the minced meat, spices, breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly, leave to stand for 15 minutes.
3. Put the cutlets in a frying pan with a spoon and fry until golden brown (they should be raw), then transfer to a baking dish. Add cream, garlic, and herbs. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 C.
