If you want to prepare a very hearty and tasty dish for breakfast or snack, choose for this eggs, which go with almost all products. And for an original taste add: frozen corn, spinach, any fresh greens, cheese.
Culinarian Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious dish of corn, flour and fresh greens - a pleskanets, which is elementary and would be a great option for a hearty breakfast and snack.
- frozen corn - 400g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- flour - 50g
- bunch of fresh greens
- salt - to taste
- water - 100 ml
- cooking oil
- sesame and butter
Method of preparation:
1. Whisk the eggs with the flour, water and salt.
2. Add the corn and chopped greens, mix.
3. Heat the oil, spread the batter all over the pan and fry on both sides. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Serve the dish hot, you can smear it with a piece of butter!
