  • onion - 1 pc (large)
  • carrots - 1 pc (large)
  • garlic - 6 pcs
  • parsley - 50 g

1. Peel onion and cut it into very small cubes.

2. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

3. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.

4. Put on a baking sheet too.

5. Add garlic.

6. Add parsley leaves.

7. Dry the vegetables and herbs in an oven preheated to 70-80 degrees.

8. Turn the mass over from time to time.

9. Remove garlic and parsley first. Leave onions and carrots in for a while longer as they take longer to dry.

11. Store the mixture in a glass jar.
