Versatile homemade seasoning without flavor enhancers: very easy to prepare
Instead of store-bought seasonings with chemicals and flavor enhancers, prepare the mixture at home. It is suitable for any of your favorite dishes and will add a special flavor and aroma. All you need for this seasoning are natural vegetables and herbs.
The idea of making homemade vegetable seasoning for dishes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina Kondratiuk (alinka_cookinggg). It is perfectly stored in a glass container.
Ingredients:
- onion - 1 pc (large)
- carrots - 1 pc (large)
- garlic - 6 pcs
- parsley - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Peel onion and cut it into very small cubes.
2. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
3. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
4. Put on a baking sheet too.
5. Add garlic.
6. Add parsley leaves.
7. Dry the vegetables and herbs in an oven preheated to 70-80 degrees.
8. Turn the mass over from time to time.
9. Remove garlic and parsley first. Leave onions and carrots in for a while longer as they take longer to dry.
10. When all the components are ready, put them on a plate and crush them a little with your hands.
11. Store the mixture in a glass jar.
