Useful oatmeal cookies: home baking without sugar, flour and butter
If you want to make delicious, crispy and, most importantly, healthy cookies, oatmeal is the best option. You can add chocolate, nuts, or fresh fruit slices to your homemade baked goods.
- rolled oats - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- banana - 1 pc
- dried fruits - 100 g
- ghee/coconut oil - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the banana into pieces, put in a blender bowl. Add the egg and beat until a fluffy foam appears.
2. Add the oatmeal (you can also beat it to a flour beforehand), butter or oil, and dried fruit to the mixture. Mix well.
3. Use a spoon or wet hands to form cookies, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
