Ingredients:
- liver – 400 grams
- carrot – 1 hearty large
- onion – 1 large
- garlic – 3-4 cloves
- butter 70 grams
- water – 70 ml
- salt, spices – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the liver and vegetables into large pieces and put them in a baking dish.
2. Add garlic, oil, water and cover tightly with foil.
3. Bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees and another hour at 190 degrees.
4. Wait for it to cool slightly.
5. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
