Braised potatoes with meat and vegetables for dinner: cooked in the sleeve
Potatoes can be cooked in different ways: boiled with butter, stewed with meat, fried with mushrooms and vegetables. However, you should know that fried potatoes are the most unhealthy.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 500 g
- pumpkin - 500 g
- carrot - 1 pc.
- meat - 300 g
- spices: paprika, turmeric, dry garlic, salt, pepper
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes and pumpkin into cubes, carrots into rings, and the meat into small pieces. Add oil and spices to taste and mix well.
2. Put everything in the baking sleeve, tie it at the sides and make a few punctures with a toothpick.
3. Put in a baking dish and place in a preheated 180 C oven for 60-80 minutes.
4. 10 minutes before the end, cut the sleeve and cook for another 10 minutes in the oven to brown everything. Serve the dish hot and with greens!
