Spinach and cheese pie in 30 minutes: a recipe for a delicious dish
Homemade pies can be made from puff and yeast dough, shortcrust pastry, and liquid dough, but it is also suitable for filling pies. You can use any product for the filling.

Ingredients:
- 500 g. dough
- 160 g of hard cheese
- 75 g of fresh spinach
- 2 eggs
- salt, herbs of Provence
- yolk
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cheese, add the chopped spinach, eggs, salt, Provencal herbs and mix well.
2. Put the thawed dough on a floured surface and roll it out a little.
3. Put the filling on one half, back 1 cm from the edge and cover with the other half, pinch the edges tightly.
4. Put the pie on a parchment-lined baking sheet, make cuts, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Bake the pie in a preheated 180 C oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
