Prunes in sour cream: how to make a cult dessert at home

More than one generation has known about prunes in sour cream. This dessert could compete with many cakes or candies. Especially if it was made with homemade sour cream. And the ingredient that completes the taste of the dish is walnuts.

The idea of making a dessert with sour cream and prunes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking.

Ingredients:

• 300 g. 20% sour cream
• 250 g. prunes
• 200 g. walnuts
• 3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the prunes in half and put a nut in the middle.

2. Add the powdered sugar to the sour cream and mix well.

3. Put the cream in the first layer, then add prunes.

4. The last layer should be a cream.

5. Garnish with prunes and chopped nuts or grated chocolate.
