Ingredients:
- kefir - 300 ml
- flour - 180 g
- semolina - 200 g
- sugar - 130 g
- baking powder - 6 g
- vegetable oil - 130 ml
Method of preparation:
1. First, pour kefir into a bowl and add semolina. Stir and leave for 5-7 minutes.
2. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix with a spatula.
3. Put the mixture in a baking dish covered with parchment and bake for 45 minutes at 180 C.
