If you want to make a delicious and light dessert for tea very quickly, semolina pie is a great option. To make it fluffy, be sure to add baking powder.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, light semolina pie that is easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • kefir - 300 ml
  • flour - 180 g
  • semolina - 200 g
  • sugar - 130 g
  • baking powder - 6 g
  • vegetable oil - 130 ml

Method of preparation:

1. First, pour kefir into a bowl and add semolina. Stir and leave for 5-7 minutes.

2. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix with a spatula.

3. Put the mixture in a baking dish covered with parchment and bake for 45 minutes at 180 C.
