Ingredients:
- milk - 200 ml
- agar-agar - 7 g
- condensed milk - 200 gr
- yogurt (without filling) - 350 ml
- kiwi - 3 units
- banana - 1 pc
- orange/mandarin - 1 pc
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the agar-agar and stir until it thickens.
2. Next add the condensed milk, stir.
3. Pour in the yogurt and stir over a low heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. In the form, lay out alternating layers of fruit and yogurt mass, until something runs out.
5. Level and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
