How to cook juicy chops: with pineapples and sauce
According to traditional technology, chops should be pounded and dipped in flour and egg. But if you choose chicken meat for the dish, you need to make it more juicy. Therefore, you need to marinate it in a sauce and add pineapple.
The idea of cooking juicy pineapple chops was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname vistovska_cooking.
Ingredients for the chops:
- chicken fillet – 1 pc.
- garlic – 2-3 cloves
- salt, pepper – to taste
- egg and flour
Ingredients for the sauce:
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.+ mustard in grains –1 tsp.
- canned pineapple
- cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillets, pound them, season with spices and garlic.
2. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
3. Then roll in flour and egg, and fry until tender.
4. Put the chops on the parchment, brush with the sauce, and sprinkle with finely chopped pineapple and cheese.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees.
