How to cook healthy bulgur for dinner: a recipe for a delicious dish in a pan
Bulgur is an ideal grain for making delicious porridge, pilaf, soups and salads. It is worth noting that bulgur can be cooked not only in a saucepan but also in a frying pan.
The chef shared a recipe for delicious bulgur with butter and spices on Instagram, which will turn out crumbly.
Ingredients:
- 100 g. bulgur
- 20 g of butter
- 1 tbsp. l. natural spices "10 vegetables"
- salt
- boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the groats well and fry in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt and spices, stir and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour boiling water (the water should completely cover the cereal) and cook over medium heat until the water is completely evaporated and absorbed.
