It often happens that after breakfast or a snack, hunger can set in again. The problem is foods that should not be eaten on their own, let alone on an empty stomach.

On her Instagram page, nutritionist Oksana Shatrova (ksyushatrova_) named foods that raise blood sugar and provoke hunger.

Foods that provoke severe hunger

The list of such foods includes:

1. Sweet fruits: grapes, mango, pineapple, etc. On their own, they raise sugar quite quickly. Accordingly, it quickly drops after a short time and, as a result, provokes severe hunger.

2. Ice cream. This product contains a large amount of sugar. Thus, it is not surprising that after eating it, you get hungry quickly. It is better to eat it as a dessert.

3. Fitness bars. They are usually high in carbohydrates and low in fat and protein. The feeling of satiety after them will not last long.

4. Sweet pastries. This type of sweets can be present in the diet, but you should not eat them on an empty stomach or as a snack.

5. Low-fat dairy products.

6. Sweet water, juices and fresh juices.
