Apple pie is a very budget-friendly dessert for any occasion. And it's quick to prepare especially if you use the following technology, which does not require yeast.
The idea of making a yeast-free apple pie was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname danilchenko_77. Apples can be cut arbitrarily.
Ingredients:
- eggs 4 pcs.
- apples 3 pcs.
- sugar 150 g
- flour 200 g
- baking powder 1 tsp.
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy.
2. Add the chopped apples.
3. Next, flour and baking powder.
4. Stir until smooth.
5. Pour into a mold covered with parchment.
6. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
