Fillet with vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce for dinner: it will turn out spicy
Chicken fillets are a versatile product for preparing tasty, hearty and light meals. They make perfect cutlets, chops, and can be added to salads and pies.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 1-2 pcs.
- corn starch – 1 tbsp.
- tomatoes in it's juice – 200 g or tomato paste - 70 g
- carrots – 2 pcs.
- garlic – 1 clove.
- fresh ginger – 15 g
- asparagus – 100 g
- carrots – 2 pcs.
- canned pineapples – 100-150 g
- pineapple syrup – 100 ml
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
- apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp.
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- oil for frying
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into strips or small pieces, season with salt, and roll in starch.
2. Fry in a well-heated frying pan with oil until golden brown for 8 minutes.
3. Put the meat on paper to absorb excess fat.
4. Cut the carrots into strips and fry over high heat for 1 minute, add the asparagus, and fry for another 1 minute.
5. Add the diced pineapple, grated ginger, and finely chopped garlic, and cook for another 1 minute.
6. Pour in the tomatoes, add the starch or paste, pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
7. Stew for 2 minutes, add the meat and stew together for another 2-3 minutes.
