Elementary green onion salad: how to cook a seasonal vitamin dish
Green onions are a particularly healthy spring vegetable. It goes well with red borscht or in a bite with bacon. But a salad made from these onions is really tasty and very nutritious. You just need to add a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
- radish – 400 g
- cucumbers – 200 g
- green onions – a bunch
- chicken eggs – 2 pcs. or 10 quail eggs
- yogurt or homemade mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.
- herbs – to taste
- salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the radishes and cucumbers.
2. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cut into 8 or 4 pieces for quail eggs.
3. Finely chop the green onions and herbs.
4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
5. Add yogurt or mayonnaise, salt, and mix.
