Ingredients:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 100 g of soft butter
  • 100 g of sour cream
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • vanilla
  • 60 g each of white, milk and dark chocolate
  • + chocolate for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Combine cottage cheese, soft butter, sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla and beat well with a blender. Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.

2. Put the mold in a convenient plate, cover with cheesecloth.

3. Add the melted chocolate to each part of the cottage cheese mass, mix and put into the mold one by one. Wrap in cheesecloth, put something heavy on top and refrigerate overnight.

4. Unfold the cheesecloth and carefully turn the Easter cake mold onto a plate. Remove the cheesecloth and decorate.
