Some people like to drink strong black coffee, while others prefer it with various additions. Cinnamon, cardamom, orange juice, dark chocolate, ice cream, and even halva can help to add a bright flavor to the drink. However, most people drink coffee with milk or cream.

FoodOboz has gathered information and will tell you how to add milk or cream to your coffee so as not to spoil the drink.

When brewing coffee, many people immediately pour cold milk or cream straight from the fridge into the drink. However, the taste of the finished coffee is very different from that served in coffee shops as it becomes runny and even watery.

Experienced housewives recommend not making this mistake. After brewing the coffee, you need to let it brew for a few minutes so that it can infuse and combine all the ingredients. Only then should you add milk or cream, and always when it is warm. This way, the coffee will have a pleasant creamy flavor.

If you find regular black coffee strong and even bitter, there is a way out. Food blogger Oksana Dorosh (oksana_dorosh_rezeptu) shared a delicious coffee recipe on her Instagram page, in which she advises adding just three simple ingredients: halva, dark chocolate, and condensed milk.

Ingredients:

  • coffee - 130 ml
  • halva - 30 g
  • dark chocolate - 10 g
  • condensed milk - 2 tbsp
  • hot water - 70 ml

Method of preparation:

1. First, you need to brew coffee in your usual way without adding any spices or sugar.

2. Separately mix halva, chocolate, condensed milk and hot water. Blend everything in a blender until smooth.

3. Add the resulting mass to hot coffee. Stir to mix. Enjoy!
