Ingredients:

For the cakes:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1.5-2 cups.
  • kefir - 2 cups
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 2 cups
  • baking soda - 2 tsp.

For the cream:

  • butter - 200 g
  • sour cream 20-25% - 250 g
  • sugar/powdered sugar - 0.5 cups.

Method of preparation:

1. First, beat eggs with sugar with a mixer or whisk.

2. Pour in kefir and add cocoa. Stir until smooth.

3. Gradually add flour and baking soda.

4. Divide the batter into two parts and bake the cakes at 180 degrees until done. Let the cakes cool and divide each into two more cakes.

5. Next, make cream. First, beat butter with sugar or powdered sugar.

6. Add sour cream and beat again until smooth.

7. Form the cake. Spread the cakes with cream and garnish with chocolate chips.
