The Voice star told which famous artists supported him during cancer treatment

Viktor Nikiforov, a participant of the 7th and 11th seasons of the Ukrainian talent show The Voice, who is suffering from cancer, told us which of his famous showbiz colleagues he received support from during his treatment. According to the singer, whose stage name is GORIM, not only his fans were interested in his health. He shared that he received messages of encouragement from Artem Pivovarov.

The singer told about it in an interview with the Weekend Show on the M1 YouTube channel. The artist noted that now he is trying to focus on creating positive songs to "add light" to a difficult life.

"There were a lot of good words in the comments. Artem Pivovarov wrote. He asked how I was feeling. I said I was fine. He told me that his friend was sick with something similar," the singer said.

Viktor Nikiforov admitted that he was pleased to receive a lot of support in a difficult period of his life.

In early August of this year, GORIM shared with the audience that he was suffering from second-degree Hodgkin's lymphoma. Cancer has affected the young man's lymphatic system, but he is fighting the disease.

According to Viktor Nikiforov, he decided to shave his head to "anticipate events," i.e. hair loss due to chemotherapy. Members of the singer's family have already fought cancer, so a serious illness is "a familiar situation and a stage they have passed."
