On the afternoon of November 23, the occupiers shelled the Kherson region again. They attacked Beryslav with drones, killing a 70-year-old man who was riding a bicycle on the street.

He was seriously injured in the explosion and died on the spot. According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, two more people, a man and a woman, were killed in a nearby village.

"So far, we know about five more civilians who received injuries of varying severity. The data is being clarified. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged," the agency said.
