7 settlements and 90 square kilometres of territory: the Ministry of Defence told about the successes of the Armed Forces over the week

Last week, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated 90 square kilometres of our territory from the Russian occupation forces. Seven settlements were de-occupied.
These are Lobkove, Levadne, Novodarivka, Neskuchne, Storozhove, Makarivka and Blagodatne. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defence Hanna Malyar.
She noted that the Defence Forces conducted an effective offensive in the Donetsk and Tauride operational areas.
"The advance of the offensive group made up 6.5 km," Maliar added.
A video from the positions of the Russian occupiers, captured by the Ukrainian military, was published online. Despite the fact that the Russian fortifications are quite strong, wooden, stacked in several layers over a deep trench, the Kremlin soldiers were unable to hold on to them.

- Russian invaders were driven out of the village of Novodarivka, Zaporizhzhia region. The liberation of the village was confirmed by the defenders of Ukraine.
- On June 12, the Ukrainian Defence Forces confirmed that the Ukrainian flag had flown again over the village of Storozheve in Volnovakha district, Donetsk region. Fifty occupants were killed and several were taken prisoner.
- On the afternoon of June 11, it became known that Ukrainian soldiers had liberated the village of Blahodatne in Donetsk region from Russian occupation.
