A well-known Russian propagandist Dmitry Guberniev strongly condemned the words of five-time Olympic champion Johannes Klebo that he misses the rivalry with the Russian representatives because of their suspension. The commentator demanded that the skier seek to have the athletes from the aggressor country reinstated in the competition.

Guberniev made this emotional statement in an interview with the propaganda outlet Sport-Express. The pseudo-journalist, who hosted a Z-concert with the participation of the Russian Olympic champions in March 2022, accused Klebo of hypocrisy and called on the Norwegian to "show a civic position."

"This is blah, blah, and a lie. If Klebo is bored, let him write a request to the Norwegian federation asking "Where are the Russians?" Otherwise, it's all just shaking the air and farting into eternity. He missed them... It's called "the wolf felt sorry for the mare." If you miss them, then fight so that you have good opponents. His country has banned our citizens from entering. Let him show his civic position. Otherwise, it's all a lie and a provocation," Guberniev said.

Earlier, Swedish biathlete Sebastian Samuelsson criticized International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Thomas Bach for his loyalty to Russia.
