"Have we declared war on anyone?" Russian Olympic champion cynically responds to calls for an Olympic truce

Välbe speaks about the calls for Russia

The President of the Russian Cross-Country Skiing Federation (RCCF), Elena Välbe, spoke with the disdain and aggression typical of Russian representatives about calls for an Olympic truce. The three-time winner of the Games in cross-country skiing cynically called such proposals inappropriate because the terrorist country allegedly does not wage wars.

Välbe said this in a commentary to Sport24. The accomplice of Vladimir Putin's dictatorial regime found nothing better than to repeat the absurd narratives of Kremlin propaganda about drag queens at the Olympic Games, forgetting that her country is organizing nuclear blackmail, threatening to attack Europe and continuing to kill Ukrainians.

"Olympic truce? Did we declare war on anyone? Let the IOC continue to call for it. They offer a lot of things in general. They have drag queens performing there. So why listen to these incomprehensible organizations? For me, they have long been gone. That's it. I don't even want to discuss these 'moks' and 'shmoks'," said Välbe.

Earlier, Putin himself commented on French President Macron's call for an Olympic truce, saying that Russia allegedly "wants to build good neighborly relations between the two states." And Ukraine's traitor Sergey Karyakin called it "utter cynicism" to demand that Russia stop killing Ukrainians.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, the President of the Russian Wrestling Federation Mikhail Mamiashvili called the IOC's decision to bar the leaders of the Russian national team in this sport from the 2024 Olympics belligerent.
