UFC fighter from Russian Federation complained that Russians can't travel because of "stupid conflict" in Ukraine
Mixed martial arts fighter Muhammad Mokaev has expressed outrage that the British government has begun to deny visas to Russians. The 23-year-old native of Buynaksk, who represents Russia and England in the octagon, called the war in Ukraine a "stupid political conflict".
Mokaev wrote about this on X, formerly known as Twitter. The representative of the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC) accused the British of harming "innocent people", forgetting that his native country is committing massive war crimes in Ukraine.
"Why does the UK Migration Department always refuse Russian citizens a visa? Why can't innocent people travel because of stupid political conflicts?" Mokaev asked.
The Dagestani repudiated Russia in April last year, demanding that the name of the aggressor country be removed from his promo before fights. He called Russians racists who treat Muslims with contempt. At the same time, Mokaev did not condemn Russia's military aggression against Ukraine.
As reported by OBOZREVATEL, former UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov called poverty in Russia one of the reasons for the high support for dictator Vladimir Putin.
