Monson made a stupid statement about Russia

The famous mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Jeff Monson, who took Russian citizenship in the summer of 2018, issued a propaganda narrative about full democracy in the aggressor country. The accomplice of the dictator Vladimir Putin's regime called the society in Russia completely free, which the authorities allegedly listened to.

Monson said this in an interview with Sport24. The athlete, who recently became a member of the Bashkortostan parliament from Putin's United Russia party, said that people in the US allegedly have no choice and that all decisions are made in favor of large corporations. At the same time, he chose to keep silent about the fact that everything in the Russian terrorist state is subordinated to state-owned enterprises and security forces.

"There is an illusion of democracy in America. Everyone is told that the will of the people is there, but Congress understands that laws are formed in such a way that ordinary people have no choice. In the US, the law is always passed in favor of corporations, not people. People there are used to this, but for some reason they call it democracy. In Russia, the system is different: they don't lie, they listen to the opinions of ordinary people. In Russia, the democracy is more developed than in the United States. That's how politics in the US differs from politics in Russia," Monson said.

As a reminder, in January 2021, Monson announced the end of his sports career. He received a Russian passport in June 2018 and an "LPR" passport in 2016.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, Jeff Monson, who has a tattoo with the Russian nazi symbol Z, said that many Americans do not know the truth about Russia, Ukraine and other things.
