In Russia, the phrase "they will be left with a bare ass" was used to respond to the IOC's decision on the Paris Olympics

The legend of Russian biathlon gave a frank interview and became a laughingstock.

Four-time Olympic biathlon champion Alexander Tikhonov has predicted negative consequences for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) after the Olympics, which will be held from July 26 to August 11 in Paris. On June 15, the IOC published the list of the first Russian athletes admitted to the 2024 Olympic Games. The list did not include the strongest Russian wrestlers and taekwondo fighters.

The legend of Russian biathlon believes that the IOC, headed by Thomas Bach, has long since degraded, and that Russian leaders are not allowed to participate in the Games on purpose "so that Russia does not win."

"They have only one task, because in taekwondo, and even more so in wrestling, our best athletes are the main contenders for gold. But the IOC doesn't realize that by doing so, they are destroying competition and interest in the Olympics. They've already earned a lot of disadvantages. Toyota refused to sponsor them. I think that after the Paris Olympics, the IOC will be left with a bare ass. The world cannot live without Russia in politics, economics, or sports," Tikhonov said in an interview with Metaratings.

Russian fans ridiculed this passage of their compatriot.

"My God, what's in his head?", "The pills are over. We need a new parish", "These "patriots" are very monotonous with their mouths", "The level of analytics is "without our gas, Europe will freeze"," users write.
