Warming autumn tea: what to use to make the most delicious and healthy drink

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious and very healthy sea buckthorn tea with honey and mint.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp of sea buckthorn
- half an orange
- 1 tbsp of honey
- mint - a sprig
- boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the orange into slices. Put sea buckthorn, mint and orange in a kettle. Pour a little boiling water over them and mash them with a spatula or pestle to make the sea buckthorn and orange juice.
2. Then add honey and boiling water, mix well, and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
